How to choose the hydraulic breaker for excavator correctly?

In the process of construction, the breaker hammer plays a vital role. It can better clean the floating stones and the soil in the rock gaps when digging the foundation of the building, achieve more efficient construction base treatment, and make the project more smoothly and qualified. However, if this type of equipment wants to play its due functional effect, it is necessary to consider the following aspects when choosing.

1. The weight and bucket capacity

of the excavator. Fully considering the weight of the excavator can prevent the excavator from tipping over due to the excessive weight of the breaker when the arm is fully extended. If the bucket capacity is too small, the excavator cannot fully exert its function and will also accelerate the damage of the hammer. Only when the weight of the two is matched can the excavator and its function be fully exerted.新闻配图-3.jpg

2. Working flow and pressure

The working flow of hammers of different sizes is different. The flow of a small hammer can be as small as 23L per minute, and the flow of a large hammer can reach more than 400L per minute. After selection, its flow requirement must be consistent with the output flow of the excavator backup valve. The size of the flow determines its working frequency, that is, the number of impacts per minute, and the flow is proportional to the number of impacts. When the output flow of the excavator backup valve is greater than the required flow of the hammer, the hydraulic system will generate too much heat, causing the system temperature to be too high and reducing the service life of the components.

3. Structural vehicle

There are currently three common designs for breaker hammers, namely triangular, plywood and box (also called silent) types. The triangular and plywood types usually use two thick steel plywood to protect the two sides of the hammer core. Such a structural design does not protect the front and back of the hammer. The box-type structure is that the shell completely wraps the hammer body, and the shell has vibration-damping materials. While creating a buffer between the hammer body and the shell, it can also reduce the vibration of the carrier. Its advantages are that it can provide better protection for the hammer body, low noise, and reduce the vibration of the carrier during operation. At the same time, it also solves the problem of loose shells. This is also the mainstream and development trend of the global market. These three aspects need to be considered not only in the selection process of the breaker, but also in its use process. Because referring to these aspects, we can also judge whether the quali
