Production process:                                                                                                                             

1. Steel Plates Corner: We use a large range of steel including Hardox 400/450/500, NM400/450/500, Q345/460/550/690, 42CrMo, 40Cr, etc for the buckets and attachments we making. They are combination of wear resistant and high tensile.	2. 25000W high quality laser cutting machine for clean and precision cutting.	3. After cutting remove slags and blunt sharp edge.	4. Beveling edges for better welding penetration.
5. CNC bending or rolling steel plate before fitting.	6. Bucket beem console robotic welding after fitting.	7. Robotic welding: neat and penetrated.	8. Front cutting edge console keeping at right temperature after fitting before robotic welding. As steel is high tensile and wear resistant grade.
9. Bucket assembly fitting before robotic welding	10. Finishing welding waiting for next step cleaning and shot blasting.	11. Shot blasting and remove slags.	12. After painting.
